Before we signed any paperwork and committed to purchase, he took the time to take us for a thorough test drive to demonstrate all the nice safety features of the Honda CR-V EX. After we left the dealership with our new car, he followed up with a nice email and a check to see how the car was working for us. I wouldn't extend my 5-Star rating to the dealership though... I found the titling dpt to be really pushy on selling the extended service plan and my wife who came back later in the afternoon to sign the paper work was left waiting at the dealership 1h 1/2 and was given the sales pitch on the extended warranty again :( So, all kudos go to Kwame and very few to the dealership.... Unprofessional and Deplorable I would like to start that I have been coming to this dealership for a couple of years. I have worked with and met some great individuals at this loca I would like to start that I have been coming to this dealership for a couple of years. I have worked with and met some great individuals at this location, but ! yesterday on 12/9/2017 at about 1:55 PM. I went and made some purchases for my vehicle and I was walking out towards the Exit and all of sudden of I was stopped by Esteban Mesa telling me not to talk to Josh Krieger, a sales person, and asking me questions about his car. I was appalled and confused; I had no idea why. He stopped me from leaving the store and made me feel apprehended with no Justification whatsoever. All because Josh Krieger's misinterpretation; who happens to be a new worker. Also, Mesa REFUSED to give me his name, which was breaking the companies policy, but I found it through his photo on this website. I will report this incident to corporate customer service on Monday. I was told by my lawyer to document this incident. Very unprofessional and disrespectful More
