Keeping our 2011 CR-Z and 2018 HR-V running like new Tania has gone over and above what is expected of services adviser. After she knew my car need oil change, she suggested me to take a shuttle to go back to my workplace since waiting line is long and it might take 3 hours. Jae met us at the door and took care of us from there. He wasn't pushy and was very friendly. We had our max budget and Jae and his manager, Mike, worked to help us get as close to that range as possible. They then worked with financing to help us get a monthly payment we were comfortable with. The car buying process can be such a hassle, but they helped make it go smoothly. Keep in mind, that the process itself does take time, but I don't think that is really anything they can control. More
