Would have rated five stars for this dealership but there was some arguing with the manager and between employees which made me feel a bit awkward. Customers can see and hear how employees treat each other and so I would say this is important too, not just customer-dealer interactions. But I was absolutely satisfied with Kwame's treatment of my family and I and his hard work in trying to get me the best deal possible. He also gave me some numbers of insurance companies and individuals to call to get the best deal with my insurance as well, which I really appreciated. More

World-Class Buying Experience Following a great buying experience of a 2017 Honda Civic Touring at our local Honda dealership , we decided use them again to purchase a 2017 Honda C Following a great buying experience of a 2017 Honda Civic Touring at our local Honda dealership , we decided use them again to purchase a 2017 Honda CRV Touring. We're not the type of people to purchase new cars, let alone two in the same year, so this was a special experience for us. Unfortunately, the sales experience this time around was less than good and decided to use another USAA-recommended dealership; in this case Criswell was identified. After being contacted by Michael Vasquez and emailing back/forth on our final pricing, we drove 2.5 hours to pickup the truck. Immediately upon entering the dealership, Michael greeted us with a big smile and pleasant demeanor, and quickly moved forward on the paperwork process - very efficient. His superb customer service was the best we've experienced in purchasing a vehicle, and we were surprised to learn he started working there only a few months ago! The Finance person - Tom Walker - was also pleasant and provided excellent service. A few days ago, a package arrived with a 'Thank You' note attached. To our surprise, it was from Michael, thanking us for our purchase - an absolute CLASS ACT! We HIGHLY recommend this dealership but more importantly our salesperson. A lifetime customer now of Criswell Honda! More
