Exemplary Service and Hospitality from Michael Mazhari I came to Criswell Honda following a lengthy internet search for a pre-owned Honda CRV. CarGuru did the job of narrowing my search to a 2015 model and I came to Criswell Honda following a lengthy internet search for a pre-owned Honda CRV. CarGuru did the job of narrowing my search to a 2015 model and Mr. Michael Mazhari made the purchasing experience award-worthy. The early phone calls to arrange a car viewing were courteous as expected. But high marks were scored on the lot when I asked to take the car to my mechanic. There was no hesitation; Mr Mazhari simply provided me the keys with an "of course!," along with dealer plates and an admonition not to spend the night, and I was on my way-an hours drive to my mechanic. I returned feeling assured the car of interest would work for me. Mr. Mazhari worked around my schedule to set up an appointment to begin the paperwork. The finance team continued the level of excellence in providing me with clear, honest options for finalizing the purchase. And when a kink in the banking details posed a significant hurdle, Mr. Mazhari drove an hour and a half through monumental DMV traffic to my home with my new car, in order to receive the check for purchase.
