As I initiated the conversation by email, I very much appreciated not having my time wasted by quoting me "special deals" that were more than the sticker price (which was what I experienced with multiple other dealerships.) Kwame was extremely friendly, professional and very knowledgeable about Honda products. He was able to explain all questions about functionality without hesitation or having to consult anyone else. He was accommodating and willing to work with me to get the added features that I wanted at a price that I could live with. All members of the Criswell staff that I encountered were courteous and professional. My only complaint is that they failed to have me sign a document while I was there which caused some confusion and multiple calls and emails after the sale. As I was traveling at the time, it was a bit distracting, but I will definitely consider doing business with this dealership again in the future. More
