Got Exactly the Car I Wanted! I was lucky enough to drive of the Criswell lot with an all new 2017 Honda Civic Si yesterday (6/7/2017) in the color that I wanted (Crystal Black)! K I was lucky enough to drive of the Criswell lot with an all new 2017 Honda Civic Si yesterday (6/7/2017) in the color that I wanted (Crystal Black)! Kwame Odum and I were in contact via email regarding the new Civic Si's and let him know that I wanted a sedan. He reached out to me on Tuesday (6/6/2017) letting me know that there was on that just came off the truck! I rushed over to look at it and fell in love. Kwame was able to give me precise information about the vehicle so he definitely did his research. Unfortunately, I was not able to test drive the vehicle because it hadn't been inspected yet. He informed me to come back the next day to test drive it. After test driving the vehicle, I was madly in love! What I appreciated most was the fact that Kwame was not pushy. He did his very best to accommodate me and was also very personable. The reason why I gave the dealership a 4 star rating is due to the amount of time that I was there. I arrived around 2:30 pm and drove off the lot at 8:30ish pm. I'm not sure if there were system issues but that's neither here nor there. The finance person, Nancy was also very helpful. She told me that she was getting acclimated with all the new systems because she had recently arrived at Criswell. Nancy was also not pushy when I declined add-ons. All in all, I would definitely purchase my next vehicle from Criswell and will recommend them to others. They certainly know how to take care of their customers. Make sure you ask for Kwame Odum!
