Better than I expected. I went into looking for a new car with the normal excitement one usually reserves for getting a root canal. After researching options and sales online, I found that Natasha at Criswell was the easiest to deal with of all other salespeople that had responded to my inquiry. Most of our interaction was done through email and she was always responsive and attentive. The day of the sale, I interacted with Yanet and the experience I had through email with Natasha was mirrored in person with Yanet. She was able to make it feel more like a conversation that included me buying a car, rather than pushing the sale. Yanet took the extra time to make sure my wife and I became familiar with all our new car had to offer and that we didn't have any additional questions. More

Fine For a Car Dealership They showroom is clean and the amenities are nice at Criswell in Germantown. Eric Konan was pleasant to work with and friendly. It takes too long. I wasn't financing. I didn't have a trade in. I understand it was the end of the month and they were busy, but a lot of stores sell things at the end of the month and it doesn't take 3+ hours. It would be nice if car dealerships could be more respectful of people's time. 2. Eric Konan lied to me about running a hard inquiry against my credit. He promised me that it would just be a soft inquiry, not a hard inquiry - since I wasn't applying for credit. This was a lie. I understand they were taking a risk by accepting a personal check, but it's their own fault that I had to give them a personal check. I told them last week the price I wanted to pay and they didn't agree to that price until Saturday morning, after the banks closed for the week. I would have gotten a cashier's check avoiding the need for them to take a risk on my personal check. But they didn't agree to my price til Saturday morning and they didn't want to wait until Monday so I could get a cashier's check because Monday was May 1 and they had to make the sale in April. All not my problem - that's on the dealership, not me. I shouldn't have had to take a hard inquiry on my credit report. And I shouldn't have been lied to about it. More
