Once I was at the Criswell, the salesperson had great instincts for what I needed to know about the car – what to explain, what to skip over – a smart guy with integrity. When it came time to pay and get out of there, the staff was quick and dealt with all the paperwork (insurance, the MVA, etc.) within an hour. The deal that was promised via email was exactly the deal that was waiting at the dealership to the penny. The only upselling is the extended warranty/coverage pitch by the finance guy (which happens with every car dealership I think), but it wasn't too much of a hard sell and courteous. I'd recommend.
