I initially requested price quotes through an auto buying program and received follow up messages from Sales Associates at three local Honda Dealers, including Dominique from Criswell Honda. I wanted a ballpark idea of the price I would ultimately be paying before I went to a dealership. Of the three dealerships, one never actually provided a quote despite multiple e-mails back and forth. Criswell and the other dealership offered quotes that were quite comparable. Of the three dealers, Dominique offered the best approach via e-mail, which is why I chose to go to Criswell for the test drive. I scheduled an appointment with Dominique and when I arrived he had the exact model I wanted ready for the drive. I appreciated that he did not try to dictate the test drive route, as many salespeople do. He simply let me drive! Any questions I had about the car, he readily answered, demonstrating a strong knowledge of Honda products. From start to finish, Dominique provided a no-pressure purchase process and worked with me in a very direct and professional manner. The exact car I wanted was not in stock. Dominique identified when the car meeting my exact specifications would arrive, we finalized the deal, and I put a deposit on it to hold it upon arrival. Dominique was always quick to respond to my calls or e-mails in the meantime. When I arrived to pick up the car, Dominique had it ready for a test drive and then ensured that it was fully prepped for delivery. The paperwork process was easy and Dominique spent a significant amount of time walking me through the features - particularly the technology features - on the car. As a first time car buyer, I was very nervous. It took quite a long time to make up my mind about which car was right for me. Dominique, Sean, and other Honda staff stayed over an hour after close to make quite a long time to make up my mind about which car was right for me. Dominique, Sean, and other Honda staff stayed over an hour after close to make sure I was taken care of an all of my questions were answered. I came back the next day and received a complete bumper to bumper tour of my new 2013 Accord Coupe. I even found the tiniest of scratches, which they fixed immediately. They are passionate about their product and look after their customers. Almost 3 weeks later, and I could not be happier.
