As a first time car buyer, I was very nervous. It took quite a long time to make up my mind about which car was right for me. Dominique, Sean, and other Honda staff stayed over an hour after close to make quite a long time to make up my mind about which car was right for me. I came back the next day and received a complete bumper to bumper tour of my new 2013 Accord Coupe. I even found the tiniest of scratches, which they fixed immediately. They are passionate about their product and look after their customers. Almost 3 weeks later, and I could not be happier. I was initially very anxious about buying a new car. I hadn't bought a new car since 1997 and I'd also just had a negative experience buying a lemon from another dealer, which added to my anxiety. Still, I needed a car, I wanted another Civic and Victor Castro came highly recommended by my boyfriend and his mother, father and sister, who all own Hondas they bought from Victor! My boyfriend called the dealership, but Victor was off, so he emailed Victor. Victor called him that day - on his day off - to set up an appointment for the following day. He then called and spoke with me. Talking with him put me at ease and I began to look forward to this formerly stress-inducing process. Victor was wonderfully helpful, kind and had a good sense of humor - all of which put me further at ease. He was also incredibly fair and helpful with the pricing and after I'd decided to buy, showed me around the dealership so I will know exactly what to do and where to go should my car need service or parts. He even made sure I know where the bathroom is, which seems like a little thing, but I appreciated that thoroughness. After we finished in the business office, which was another pleasant experience (thank you, Mahaman Kolo!), Victor gave me another tour of sorts of my new vehicle to get me acquainted with the features before I left. I went home feeling like I'd made a new friend and happened to get a great deal on a great car in the process. More

Great over all experience. I was given the price online and when asked about the trade-in, I was not promised anything and was told they will look at the car and see if they can meet what Carmax had offere and when asked about the trade-in, I was not promised anything and was told they will look at the car and see if they can meet what Carmax had offered. At the dealership, there were no surprises. Everything was exactly the same as promised via email and the whole process was not painful. There was some push to purchase extended warranty but then the price of the warranty was very reasonable and nothing crazy. Definitely recommend this dealership to everyone. More
