Without the amazing expertise, passion, patience and finesse of Mr. Victor Castro and his business manager, Mr. Mahaman Kolo, this opportunity would not be possible. You see, I had some trials and tribulations in my life that were out of my control. Because of this, I was almost certain I could never be a Honda owner. I was always under the impression a Honda would always be financially out of my reach. So, instead of going on my “gut feelings”, I decided to go directly to Criswell Honda to get more information on the possibilities, if any. With a smile on my face and my head held high, I went to Criswell Honda three years ago and I was introduced to Mr. Castro. From this moment, my life changed forever. Mr. Castro is the only salesman I ever worked with at Criswell Honda. Even though I expressed my fears and frazzled nerves, he was ready and willing to put all my fears at ease. Mr. Castro took the time to make sure every single question I had was answered completely and accurately. He never took the “grabbing for straws” approach that some car salesmen take. I was very impressed with his sales qualities because he looked at me as a family member rather than a dollar sign. I trusted his advice and recommendations because he wanted the best and safest automobile for me, as he would with his own children. I felt Mr. Castro understood my hopes of one day owning a Honda; and in turn his responses were clear, honest and heartfelt. When the long and painful process of selecting the kind of car I wanted, Criswell Honda’s business manager, Mr. Mahaman Kolo assisted me with the financial aspects of the purchase. Although I met Mr. Kolo the day I purchased my car, he was very detail oriented and patient with the entire financial transaction. Since this process made me understandably emotional and kind of overwhelmed, both gentlemen were patient, understanding and positive towards me. With all of that said, three years later I could not have asked for anything more. Mr. Castro and Mr. Kolo are wonderful gentlemen and both took VERY good care of me. Phil our finance person very knowledgeable and had a great experience with him too.(no surprises). We had various quotes from other dealers and Criswell by far was the lowest quote of them all. We bought from them and plan on getting our vehicle serviced from them (many of my neighbors and friends have said they also have great service people too).
