Part of my purchase deal was to receive free oil change, but it doesn't include tire rotation. Great experience in purchasing my new Honda Pilot. Suvin was a stellar salesman!! We were able to get a really good price! The only area I wouldn't give a positive rating on would be the used car mana was a stellar salesman!! We were able to get a really good price! The only area I wouldn't give a positive rating on would be the used car manager.... his offer on our trade was not acceptable and this resulted in us being sent to CarMax for an estimate on them buying it... we returned to the dealership and CarMax's offer was matched. We lost about 90 minutes while all of this was happening whereas if all of the different means of determining a trade in could have been used to come to a respectful amount I wouldn't have been writing this negative comment. In short, we were told that CarMax would give us more-- so why didn't the used car manager just bump up his price and save us all the time of running around playing the numbers game? More
