My husband and I were most fortunate to have Pei Pei Tsai as our salesperson, and Kevin Ferguson in the wings. Clearly, these associates have mutual respect for each other and a friendly vibe. Pei Pei was exceptional, as she afforded us a 'safe-distancing' purchase experience that didn't turn out to be as weird as it sounds. She was thorough, and quick to get things accomplished. We were shopping for a CRV hybrid touring in sonic gray pearl and by golly, she found one at a sister dealership. When we arrived, all ducks were in a row and wham, bam, we were done, and as they say in Boston, OUTTA THERE. But before we departed, Pei Pei showed this old chicken the technology in's and out's of our new CRV. Good grief. I'm glad she did. I never would have figured out how to put the thing in reverse! I highly recommend Pei Pei and Kevin, Henry in the F&I department (Who did not beat us up over extras and was very informative about product), and the dealership as a whole.
