Very bad customer service experience after done buying Criswell honda is the worst dealer I have ever seen. After you are done buying the car, they don't listen or act on any concerns you have afterward. I Criswell honda is the worst dealer I have ever seen. I bought a 2019 Honda pilot from the dealer and they gave the car the next day with all registration done. The car had deep scratches inside and a little outside. You don't expect anything in a brand new car. They finally replaced the part after almost a month after continuously chasing them. I also had opted for a backup sensor and paid for that. But in a few days, I decided to not install it so I canceled. It is almost 1 year now but hasn't got my refund. I have chased down them since then. They don't pick up the call and don't respond. I also sent an email but no response. I have moved out of Maryland so I can't go to their office. I have been paying my EMI even for the amount which I paid for the Backup sensor. It is completely unprofessional and didn't expect from a reputed dealer in that area. More
