We even had the price largely nailed down with Steve before we arrived. He was waiting for us when we got there. The entire process of buying a car took about three hours once we got to the dealership. It was amazing. Steve is great. He knows his Hondas; and he's a straight shooter - no nonsense, no games, which we really appreciated. It was a very pleasant, transparent process.
