Racist, Abusive, rude to immigrants I bought a 2019 Honda Odyssey EX-L from this dealership on 12/28/2018. John Hicks was my sales rep. My experience with him was good so I recommended t I bought a 2019 Honda Odyssey EX-L from this dealership on 12/28/2018. John Hicks was my sales rep. My experience with him was good so I recommended the dealership to 2 of my friends. My two friends visited the dealership on 12/29/2018 morning to buy cars for themself and wanted me to join them. I had to return the second key, title of my old car which I traded on 12/28/2018 so I visited the dealership. I also wanted to understand how the tax amount was adjusted based on the deal. My friends were already at the dealership when I reached there. I went inside the dealership and greeted John Hicks (sales rep). I returned my second key and spoke to John about the tax difference. He stated that Anthony is his manager and he would be able to explain it better as he is the one who deals with financial numbers. Anthony came in and we greeted each other and after about 30 seconds, Anthony stated that "I am arguing with him". At that point I informed him that I can’t discuss this matter with him any longer as this was not a way to treat a customer. I then requested Anthony to have his general manager talk to me and he informed me that general manager is not present on weekends and he left. I was talking to John Hicks regarding my title and requested him to call his general manager or give me his number as I still wanted to understand the tax difference and how it was adjusted. John Hicks informed me that someone else will come to speak with me and will explain me. Everything was fine till this point. After some time Esteban (Manager) came in and we greeted each other, He suddenly for no reason became abusive and started telling me that 'I am rude person'. Everyone standing their was shocked (myself, John Hicks, my friend Nimesh Patel and other sales rep). He kept repeating foul language. Even with his impolite behavior I requested him to not use the foul language. I told him that If I was a white guy he wouldn’t have behaved with me’. Esteban now repeated the same foul language again but very loudly. This was clearly a discrimination against us and our race. At that point, looking at the situation me and my friend came outside of the dealership to leave. Esteban and couple of other sales agent followed us. Even after coming out of the dealership, We were going towards our vehicle, Esteban kept engaging with us and now was more abusive and louder than before. He also become aggressive at the same point. He kept repeating the same foul language very loudly. Everyone standing outside the dealership including the other sales rep and customer were staring at us and it was a very humiliating situation for us. Esteban in his aggressive behavior came very close to me and was about to hit or push me. Looking at this my friend Nimesh Patel took out his cell phone and stated that he is recording. Before Nimesh could record anything Esteban and all sales rep rushed inside the dealership. This incident was very traumatizing for us and has left huge emotional scar. Afterwards Nimesh informed me that on couple of his previous visits to the dealership he has seen Esteban misbehave with customers of different race in a similar manner. This behavior by Esteban and Criswell Honda dealership was clearly a discrimination against us and our race. More

The two dealers I visited that day did not have the same attitude towards me. I really appreciate Rafee coming down on the price. I know it was a difficult decision for him. Tommy's Amazing! Tommy was amazing! I had an unusual situation with some title issues and trouble getting financing before I even walked on the lot and he assured me t Tommy was amazing! I had an unusual situation with some title issues and trouble getting financing before I even walked on the lot and he assured me that if I came down to the dealership that we could get it done and that I would drive off with the SUV I wanted that day. From the moment I got to the lot. He already had the SUV waiting for me ready to take a test drive. He was jovial the whole test drive and really made you feel like we had been friends forever from first meeting. I told him my story on the test drive that I had some good history with the dealership and that I had bought there before and then when we got back to the lot. He introduced me to his manager and really propped me up to seem way more important then I really am. Which in turn I guess helped me with the deal in which they gave me way more for my trade in then it was probably worth. Tommy stayed with me on and off through the entire process even though I was not as prepared as I would like with all the stuff I needed to purchase. He would constantly reassure me to not worry about it we will get it all done. He sent me home for a brief period of time when he new the process of waiting for the finance department to approve me would take time and then promptly called me as soon as it was done. He walked me to every department and the whole time I felt like I was one of his long time buddies introducing me to everyone we came across. The whole time he would give me accurate time lines on each process tell me exactly what was going to happen next on every step and even got me in touch with some people in the title department to help figure out my title situation alot better than the DMV and my past financing company had helped. I had a rental and he took care of that process and even helped me transfer all of my belongings into my new car. After we left my wife had left a bag there and he searched the whole car and every area we had visited and found it for us and all that was in there was some socks and a half eaten turkey sandwich, but it might have been a gold bar the way he searched for it for us. I can't emphasize how great of an experience Tommy made this for me and all for no commission just a gift card for me leaving this review. Criswell need to give this man a raise or at least a lifetime supply of his favorite cigars! Make sure you reach out to Tommy before you go to the dealership if you want the best customer service you have ever had at a car dealership. Thanks again Tommy!! More
