Great experience buying a Used 17 Acura ILX I bought a used 2017 Acura ILX with Premier Package for a very reasonable price at Criswell Maserati. James Tan was the salesman and he was very accom I bought a used 2017 Acura ILX with Premier Package for a very reasonable price at Criswell Maserati. James Tan was the salesman and he was very accommodating, allowing me to have the car inspected by a nearby Acura dealer. There were no hidden charges and I think I got a great deal. James also showed me how to use all of the cars features and electronics after the purchase. Recommended! More

He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles and considerate toward the customer, He did not pressure me nor he applied any of the salesperson strategies to manipulate the customer. He appeared to be interested only in making sure I chose the vehicle that was right for me and that would make me happy for years to come. Everybody at Criswell Maserati was very professional and made me feel at ease. These cars are gorgeous but they are not inexpensive, it takes a special person with the proper attitude to guide the client through the choice of the right vehicle, accessories and protection plans. Our sale representative (Karifa) was an excellent person to work with. He was very friendly and helpful all the way from our very first meeting with him with a thrilling test drive to signing the contract. We got a very good deal and are happy with the performance of Stelvio. I do recommend you to test drive an Alfa and get information on great deals from Criswell before settling for either a slightly cheaper option (Like Mazda, Honda, Toyota) or a more expensive one (Like BMW, Audi, Mercedes).
