Someone needs to show Mike Hernandez how to provide good customer service. We were excited to look for a new vehicle, but when it was time to deal with him, he made us feel as if he wasn’t interested in hel customer service. He seemed bothered when asked to break down the final price of the vehicle because the numbers didn’t make sense and we were right. He didn’t even know how to explain the numbers and tried to talk about something else that’s when we decided to leave. Customers should feel welcomed and be treated with respect.
