I live in Charlotte, and lo I have now bought 2 new Ford trucks from Lumberton Ford. Both times, everyone I encountered was very friendly and helpful. I live in Charlotte, and looked at purchasing a truck here, but couldn't make the numbers work.When I called Lumberton Ford, Aaron made the 2 hour drive worthwhile to come buy from them! All the details were worked out over phone and email, so I had to just come sign the papers and drive away. At the last minute, I decided to buy a different truck. No problem! Hank Chavis Sr happily switched gears and still made it work out. He even asked the detail guys to stay late to make sure I headed back to Charlotte with a clean truck. Financing with Ford credit, and finalizing the deal was quick and easy. I was at the dealership for 45 minutes total. Thank you guys! I will be back next time. More
