I was apprehensive about getting this done but also knew it was needed. John greeted me although socially distanced, with a big smile and reassurance that every CDC recommendation was being followed. John even wiped down a pen and once my vehicle was ready, he walked me to it and then wiped down my door handle and steering wheel! Crown Acura is truly a class act as is John Shaw. I had a great buying experience with Crown Acura, and specifically with sales associate Dustin Mullen. This was the first time I purchased a vehicle outside of my own state, which meant doing extra thing specifically with sales associate Dustin Mullen.
