Warranty Service Work I purchased a preowned certified 2017 RDX from Crown Acura in August. While traveling up north in September , I started to get an emissions warning an I purchased a preowned certified 2017 RDX from Crown Acura in August. While traveling up north in September , I started to get an emissions warning and check engine light that was intermittent that developed into always on. When I got home I called Crown and talked to Julian Bitar and he scheduled my car in asap. They were to diagnose the problem and have it repaired the same day. Julian was able to get a loaner for my wife and I because we had another appointment that we would have missed due to the work on our car. We were very happy to have this problem resolved so quickly. I would recommend Julian and the Crown Acura service team to anyone. More

Our experience at Crown Acura didn’t start off well. We stopped in to look at a certain vehicle which we decided we wanted to purchase. Long story short, it turned out that this certain vehicle was already stopped in to look at a certain vehicle which we decided we wanted to purchase. Long story short, it turned out that this certain vehicle was already spoken for. Everyone at the dealership felt terrible for the confusion and wanted to make things right. Our salesperson Kyle Vonnes, worked diligently to turn things around. He searched every option, was very upfront and honest about everything, and in the end was able to turn things around for us. We purchased our Acura RDX and couldn’t be happier. Thank you Kyle for everything! More

Mistreatment of employees by manager. I am a two Acura family. I have been buying and leasing at Crown Acura for over a decade. I recently had the unpleasant experience of listening to the I am a two Acura family. I have been buying and leasing at Crown Acura for over a decade. I recently had the unpleasant experience of listening to the service manager berate an employee. I was sitting in the service area waiting to be greeted. The manager said to the employee that "we are playing football, not golf".He went on to exclaim that this was "a team sport" and that his failure to generate revenues via "up charging" was not only letting himself down but the whole "team". The manager also said how this individual was "killing" him. I have never had a bad experience in the service or sales departments. Service in all fields of business, law and medicine are based on trust. My recent experience gives me some doubts! More
