Enjoyable Buying Experience I had been a Lexus owner for years, but the experience I had at Crown Acura with Gillian was better than any experience I ever had at Lexus. I found I had been a Lexus owner for years, but the experience I had at Crown Acura with Gillian was better than any experience I ever had at Lexus. I found the vehicle I was interested in online and contacted Crown Acura. Gillian soon responded with a text message. We communicated frequently by text to discuss what I was looking for, my price range, and to set up an appointment time for a test drive. Although, I thought the car was out of my price range, I met Gillian a few days later for the test drive. The test drive went great and Gillian answered all of my questions. Once we got back from the test drive, she gave me an offer which to my pleasant surprise was within my asking price without even the need for additional negotiation. Before I knew it, I was leaving my Lexus ES350 and driving away in my Acura RDX. I've never had an easier car buying experience. Not only did Gillian make the experience simple, but it was also quick and actually enjoyable. I highly recommend Crown Acura, and if you stop by, definitely ask for Gillian.
