I had a later appt time but ge called to offer me an earlier time. I am so happy with the way Crown Acura is set up and I don't have to wsit very long for service to be performed. Thanks to John as always for taking good care of his customers and Crown for the goodies supplied for us when we don't have time to stop for coffee. Thanks for having John as a service advisor. More

Insanely helpful, great staff, great car I came in and was helped out by Jacob Loverdi. I laid out my situation to him and he spent all day trying to find me the right car, answering question I came in and was helped out by Jacob Loverdi.
