I went in with no appointment and was serviced nonetheless. Not only was that apprecaited but they had some work stations available with phones, internet etc...which allowed me to get a good amou nonetheless. Chris was polite, friendly, knowledgeable and thorough in his discussions about the relative value of a new versus a certified, low mileage used car. I told him what my criteria were and he met them. I am extremely pleased with the deal and the car, a TSX with nav with ~ 7800 miles in the color I wanted. He easily instilled confidence in me. Kevin made the financing easy and quick and was very helpful in his advice re options. Larry took the time to come over and speak with me and congratulate me on my purchase. I own a 2003 Acura, bought it from Crown Acura in Clearwater and have always had all service completed at this dealership. Recently I encountered a significant problem and Crown along with Mr. Shaw Clearwater and have always had all service completed at this dealership. Recently I encountered a significant problem and Crown along with Mr. Shaw really "stepped up to the plate" to assist in getting it repaired in a short period of time and assisted in the paperwork to keep my costs reasonable. One could not find a better Service Department then the one supported by Crown Acura and the fine Service Writers. More
