I’ve been with Crown Acura for a few years now, and despite having recently had a problem with their sales department, Julian reminded me why I chose to stick with Acura’s service department. Julian Bitar was my previous service advisor when I leased my Acura ILX a couple years back, and even when informed him that I leased my relatively new Acura RDX from a different Acura branch, I received the same friendly and professional treatment. Julian has always provided me with excellent customer service, and went above and beyond to help me figure out what service plan I purchased so I didn’t have to pay out of pocket. As always, Julian even provided me information on my next visit so I can plan accordingly, and I’ve always appreciated this. Thank you so much Julian! More

Had my car towed to Crown Acura (midnight), John Shaw contacted me early mo who care about what they do and show it I have to say KUDOS John Shaw!
