I always schedule with Logan Lane as he is knowledgeable, empathetic, and gives a high level of customer service every time whether it's a small request or a handful of needed services involving a loaner vehicle. Logan advises, but doesn't push or pressure for any type of gain; he's down to earth with his customers. He is sharp when it comes to needed services and what is necessary vs. what services can be put off until it's within my budget. Thank you Logan! More

Trustworthy and Professionalism I met Service Consultant Logan Lane for the first time when I arrived to have my car serviced. My primary consultant was out for the day. Mr. Lane was very helpful and professional while going over the needs of my car. He gave me a detailed printout of exactly what needs to be repaired or replaced as a priority and explained it. He also informed the that he did not rotate my tires because they needed to be replaced nor will he charge me for the service. Now I appreciate his honesty because some would have charged me and sent me on my way.
