Service on my GMC Sierra Denali 2500 I purchased my Truck in July 2016 from Crown. My service provider is William Hevel. I have to say that Bill has provided me with outstanding service on every visit to the Crown. Overall my ownership of my GMC Truck has been a great experience due to the outstanding service I have received at Crown. I have to say I have owned many vehicles since the 70's and Bill and his Service Dept at Crown has surpassed my expectations for service on my truck. More

Recall part not available 1 week later We called a week prior to appointment to make sure they had parts for recall told me I needed to bring truck in which with VIN already provided I don' We called a week prior to appointment to make sure they had parts for recall told me I needed to bring truck in which with VIN already provided I don't agree. So of course we take it in and 1 recall was done and they still need another part which has been a week they already called for a survey but guess what no part and no call. I work for USPS and part was coming from NC where I just moved from shouldn't take that long for part and now 2 visits to dealership for recall when it could have been prevented it they would have just looked up VIN to begin with. More
