Tammy Sue Wagner my 2013 gmc Acadia was totaled in February 2016. a guy tried to cross three lanes of heavy traffic in a rain storm and didn't make it my friend was dr my 2013 gmc Acadia was totaled in February 2016. a guy tried to cross three lanes of heavy traffic in a rain storm and didn't make it my friend was driving it and hit him. i really liked the suv and set out to get another one. i went to alot of places and nothing seemed to work out. had some bad experiences as well. i found a gmc Acadia at crown Buick gmc i called and made an appointment to go look at it. we got there and the suv was out front waiting for us and went for a test drive. Tammy never said we have to turn around or we need to get back to the dealership she simply said drive it as long as you want. when we got back and settled on a price and i told her i was already pre approved and she said let me see if we can do better. they did we did the paperwork that nite with Kim. the proccess and conversation was exellent. we got ready to leave and could not find the keys to our acura. i remembered i had left them in Tammy's office however they were no where to be found. we looked all over and then Tammy said she had an older couple in her office and was helping them with there car that had been towed in. she went and found them and asked them if they had picked up a set of keys in her office and sure enough the man had put them in his pocket by mistake. Tammy then stayed with me and we paired the phone and set up some other features before i left. i have highly recommended them and will do so in the future as well! thankyou ! Ivo and Matthew More

The worst service ever... By far the worst service ever and would have entered a negative star rating if available. Our car is well maintained and was given a routine throttle By far the worst service ever and would have entered a negative star rating if available. Our car is well maintained and was given a routine throttle body and injection cleaning service this past Friday. Monday when I attempted to exit my garage I was alarmed to see an 'Engine power reduced!' message on my dashboard. We had it towed to the dealer and was given a loaner. Well Tuesday no call. Wednesday too much suspicion was overtaking our focus so we called and was told that our car was continually shutting down. The mechanic had to be towed back after being stranded on the highway. Surprisingly, I received a call the next day stating it was ready for pick up and all is well. Okay....so what was the culprit you ask? Boy I certainly wanted to know and had to literally ask. Nonchalantly, they stated that a plug was not properly connected during our routine maintenance visit. Are you kidding me?!? So here's the grand finale....I was given my keys and sent on my merry way with a half a%% apology. My car completely submerged in smudges and fingerprints. It wreaked off an awful and offensive smell of gas inside. Lastly I had to b-line it to the gas station cause I was running off of fumes! What a joke but it's no laughing matter when I share this experience with anyone who's willing to listen. More
