True to his word my vehicle was repaired at no cost under the GMC warranty No only repaired bt washed and cleaned. Never before have I had such service including pickup for delivery. Great!!!!! More

We were in the market for a lightly used Yukon xl and when we got to the dealership the used vehicle was gone . Amy then kept us engaged enough and asked enough questions and then it came to our attention the dealership had one last 2015 brand new Yukon xl on the lot the fit or families criteria. Amy and her manager Jarrod worked very hard for us to get the deal we needed and Amy dedicated all of her attention to us and showed me my new car... !! Very happy. More

We needed an oil change and motorists were bringing to our attention that our brake light was out. I called our dealership to make an appointment with Chris and they said he was no longer with that company. I made an appointment with a service rep for the next morning. My wife and I talked about finding where Chris was working so I Googled him and found out that he was working for Crown Buick. My wife called Crown and left Chris a message. He promptly called me back. We were so happy that we found Chris because he has always given us outstanding service. My wife made an appointment for the next morning and I cancelled our appointment with the other dealership. I had our car serviced today and like always Chris was waiting for me to arrive. He promptly wrote up my service order and all of my car needs were taken care of. Crown serviced my car in a timely fashion . Chris kept me updated with the status of my vehicle. Chris is an asset to Crown Buick GMC. More
