Used cars increased in value, dealers were lucky to have any new car inventory, some brands had waiting lists 80-100 people waiting for cars to arrive slowly & customers started paying retail because of supply issues. I say this to explain my recent experience at Crown Buick GMC. My salesman asked me what I was looking for & showed me what was in stock. I didn’t see what I saw on the street that got me interested. My salesman knew his inventory right away & showed me 1 that just came in & hadn’t been checked after delivery. That’s a the 1 I had seen & wanted. My salesman went line by line w/me to see if I could save anywhere, but this was the pkg that had the color interior I wanted & no other. He was able to give a fair trade in price on my vehicle the next day & we. Loses the day after. Most people don’t like to go to the dealer to buy a car. It’s not like a vacation when you buy a car. The whole time I was there I got to talk w/a few employees & everyone felt close. Like Family close, the kind you feel very comfortable w/like knowing them all your life. Once we started paying retail every dealership was the same, but if the dealership was smart, they either already had a good team giving good service or they had ok service & needed to step it up to be the reason the customer would want to do business w/them. If you’ve heard their commercials over the yrs for Crown Buick GMC, well they Run on Relationships. It’s the truth because I went there because of my relationship w/them. I 1st chose them because Family business are usually better providing service in every capacity. Their customer is less of a number & like I felt, like Family. Great experience & I hope I didn’t lose anyone the way I delivered my message. I’m very happy & glad I chose Crown Buick GMC More
