Disappointed customer. ..bought my car 14 years ago and always maintained at Crown. I set up a schedule appointment 2 weeks prior for my a/c. I dropped off my car at 8:00 in ..bought my car 14 years ago and always maintained at Crown. I set up a schedule appointment 2 weeks prior for my a/c. I dropped off my car at 8:00 in the morning, Crown wasn't able to get it for my scheduled appointment. I picked my car up that evening and brought back the next morning. Again unable to get to my car and since I up picked up my car the previous day I was told it put me at back of the line ...and brought back for the 3rd time, finally fixed. I guess a scheduled appointment is not needed!!?? More

The manager helped out a lot, the service provided was good and in a timely manner because of the managers input. My only issue was with the service technician who name was Dwain, has been rude every time good and in a timely manner because of the managers input. My only issue was with the service technician who name was Dwain, has been rude every time im at this particular dealership. He has zero customer support skills and need another role with you alls company. In comparison to other companies the price at crown buick was three hundred dollars more than the highest price that was researched for the work performed. More
