I had an appt. A guy helped me and about 45 minutes later I was still sitting watching my car not being moved. I then asked what is going on and I was told oh the A guy helped me and about 45 minutes later I was still sitting watching my car not being moved. I then asked what is going on and I was told oh they didn’t put you in the system. So then an hour later my car was taken back and I still waited 1.5 hours more. Very disappointed in this as I have had a Buick for 10 years and never had this trouble at this place. More
