$200 for a diagnosis. When you already know what the problem is on a 2018 SIERRA with a defective transmission with 75 k miles on it. Still needing to pay the diagnosis is When you already know what the problem is on a 2018 SIERRA with a defective transmission with 75 k miles on it. Not sure if I’d recommend. It was difficult to get an appointment. Also, I showed up for my 1st service with no idea of where to go who to talk to. I walked into the service center and felt so awkward. No one addressed me. Some were on the phone and there was another person who was not but no one said I’ll be with you in a minute, nothing. I just stood there then walked out to find someone to help. The person that did help me hollered at an employee in the middle of speaking with me. I didn’t know that the wait was 1-1.5 hours and then if you didn’t stay you got coded differently and the wait would probably be longer. Would have been nice to know prior to showing up so I could have planned accordingly. More
My car has been in the shop for over 2 weeks. This is the third time it’s been in the shop in the last 2 months. Something slowly drains the battery and you can’t seem to figure it out.
