The service department never answer's the phone. Left numerous messages for the manager to call me since Kyle never returned my messages. I have been trying to reach someone from the time I brought my vehicle there almost 2 weeks ago. I've Expressed some concerns to Kyle over some things I'm noticing already tarnishing on my 1 yr old Yukon. Never got any response or answer's on anything I mentioned, all they said was bring it to us in 3 weeks and leave it with us for at least 4 days before we can even look at it. This was the same spiel they've been saying to me for over a year now. It's very disappointing and discouraging when you can't get someone to even look at your new vehicle when you have a concern about it, much less get your advisor or their manager to return your call. Who has time to wait 3 weeks to bring a brand new vehicle in for them to look at my concerns, just to tell me if it's under warranty. I finally got a hold of a service advisor and she repeatedly asked me if I wanted to make an appointment. My answer was no, I want to speak to someone about the concerns on my vehicle, since I got my car back after the update it's been acting crazy. She said to me "I'm going to you ask you again, do you want to make an appointment?" I would love to make an appointment, but I can't go 4 days without a car. When I got my car back after the oild change and update. All they did was tell me what I owe them. No follow up on my concerns, no details on the vehicle and no communication about the condition of the vehicle. I don't understand why this service department treats their customer's this way, maybe it's just me. Hopefully they make it right and show the customer respect by return the numerous messages left. Hello my name is Durand Diblasi, a once very satisfied customer of Crown, as we have bought 3 vehicles in the past year from Joe Murray, who was great. The past 3 weeks, i have been trying to get in t customer of Crown, as we have bought 3 vehicles in the past year from Joe Murray, who was great. The past 3 weeks, i have been trying to get in touch with your dealership, multiple times, left multiple messages for multiple departments as i had questions for every department, and i wanted to spend some more money with you guys to install a trailer hitch on my 2023 gmc acadia that was purchased at your dealership new in 2023. I never received a call back even tho i spoke to your sales manager , Wayne Bourg who was great the day i came in looking for the service manager who wasnt in the whole week, i asked for your GM and could not get him either so Wayne professionally took me into his office last Thursday and promised me i would get a call back by Tuesday by him or Robin the service manager for two things, the price on the trailer hitch install and parts and also had some warranty questions about my wife's 2024 engcore gx that was purchased at your dealership this year in February. Wayne had suggested i go to u haul for the install and i refused that suggestion because i want OEM parts and installation. So here we are on Wednesday and still no phone call from Robin or Wayne. I have given them an additional 24 hours to contact me before reaching out, because i am in the business and i know how things can get. So i did not evn attempt to call today, because i was confident no one would answer, so i drove up there on my lunch break. i asked for the GM , i got Todd Leaumont, unfortunately, because this guy was totally unprofessional. i had let him know i was having troubles and Wayne was supposed to call me yesterday on them. He said Wayne was here yesterday, but not today. i asked if he could call Wayne( normally i would not do so because i like my off days stress free) but in this situation of calling for weeks and waiting a week for a phone call back from last week that was promised i would get a call back Yesterday a week ago. So i requested Todd call Wayne to see the status of my problems, Todd refused to do so because " I am not calling him on his day off" . Also every time Todd would ask me a question, he wouldn't even let me get a sentence in without rudely interrupting. I had multiple questions for him that his answer was to all of them " I don't know" . At that point, i ask him kindly, "what do you know?" . He says get out of my office and im calling the police. I sat patiently for the police to arrive. More
I am very disappointed with the service I received. I scheduled an appointment for a Monday at 8:00 am. I called the dealership multiple times to check on the status of my vehicle over the course of a I scheduled an appointment for a Monday at 8:00 am. I called the dealership multiple times to check on the status of my vehicle over the course of a week. It took 5 days for them to even LOOK at my vehicle to determine what was wrong with it. The only reason it was looked at 5 days later is because I called and complained on how 5 days had passed. I had to pay for a rental car because it took 7 DAYS for them to simply change a battery. I have never been more disappointed with a service in my life. I will NEVER bring my car back to be serviced at this dealership, and I will never recommend anyone bring it here either. More
