I was very pleased with the service I received at Crown. A technician was brought out to see if a quick fix was possible. I appreciated that they took the time to check on that first! Service department did not fix my vehicle after saying the part was in but wasn’t . I was told they never ordered but when we made the appointment were told it was in then was told they looked to see if t the part was in but wasn’t . I was told they never ordered but when we made the appointment were told it was in then was told they looked to see if they could steal one from another customer so I assume they used mine to fix someone else’s vehicle More
