Kaitlin is great! ! I was disappointed that this was my second trip for the same malfunction. Unfortunately, it was misdiagnosed and repaired on the first trip costin ! I was disappointed that this was my second trip for the same malfunction. Unfortunately, it was misdiagnosed and repaired on the first trip costing me $426.
