Had an appointment for air bag recall. Arrived on time and they were ready for me. Went to the waiting room and watched TV for about 45 minutes and they returned my car completed. i had a few minor scratches on the passenger side of the caynon denali truck bed . i drove the truck back to the dealer approximately 135 miles . i was told to leave the car and they would fix the issue. i caynon denali truck bed . i drove the truck back to the dealer approximately 135 miles . i was told to leave the car and they would fix the issue. i was given a loaner and left for home. the truck was returned to me a few days later. the truck was filthy and the scratches were still present. I called the dealership and talked to the mgr. He never got proactive with resolving the problem. i decided to take care of the scratches myself instead of dealing with the dealership. not real happy with the service! More
