Poor communication. No update over an entire week. No return phone calls with multiple messages left. We called daily after the 3rd day of no updates. He was the only helpful person but he seemed overwhelmed and overworked. Despite not being our technician or advisor, he was the only person that tried to get me some sort of answer about my 2023 Yukon that should not have been in a shop for a week. More

Based on information Crown sent me in the mail, I assumed the service cost replied: The service on 7/6/2024 was for me, Ted Mc Neel Senior (not JR). I still await a response from Crown regarding the additional cost? More
