Salesman was not very knowledgeable and gave incorrect information about my vehicle during the sales process then for weeks after have been difficult to get in contact with and claimed that they were look information about my vehicle during the sales process then for weeks after have been difficult to get in contact with and claimed that they were looking into the solution and only offered a solution that would void my vehicle warranty. After several weeks with no resolution I escalated the issue to the sales manager but they are now claiming that too much time has passed and saying that I should have verified the information the salesman gave (essentially telling me that the issue is on me for believing the salesman). The service department at this dealership seems to lack the staff and loaner vehicles necessary to handle its workload. Unfortunately, I had to bring my 2024 GMC Sierra for service because multiple warning lights appeared on the dashboard. This is the second truck I have purchased from this dealership, and I have never requested a loaner vehicle. However, the same warning lights reappeared just days after I picked up my vehicle. When I notified the dealership and requested a loaner, the service advisor said it shouldn't be a problem. However, when I was transferred to the person in charge of the loaner car program, I was informed that we were three weeks away from a loaner vehicle. Feeling uneasy about driving the truck with my child, I took it in for service again due to the same issue. Once again, we have faced inconvenience. I was told that this dealership's service department has only three loaner vehicles available, which is difficult to believe. I wish I had researched more before purchasing my third vehicle three months ago. More
