Dali helped my mother purchase her first vehicle. As women, we are often more fearful of making big purchases on our own especially in a male dominated industry. Dali was extremely considerate, helpful, women, we are often more fearful of making big purchases on our own especially in a male dominated industry. We chose Crown Honda to purchase a new CR-V Hybrid and Dali was the primary salesperson that we worked with. He was authentic, personable and when he did not know that precise answer to our questions he Dali was the primary salesperson that we worked with. He was authentic, personable and when he did not know that precise answer to our questions he immediately sought out the support of his teammates. Unfortunately, the vehicle we wanted did not meet our need to tow our kayaks so our decision not to purchase it had to do with USofA Honda warranty policies rather than anything that would reflect on Dali. Even after the deal was aborted, Dali called, personally, to make sure that our deposit monies were refunded properly. More
