Brooks Falzone is always pleasant and efficent. My only problem is not with him or the dealer. I have had many autos thru the years and this is the only car that the upholstery has not lasted. The back s problem is not with him or the dealer. I have had many autos thru the years and this is the only car that the upholstery has not lasted. The back seat is starting to fall apart. The car is 5 years old. Yes, I have a dog ... but the seat is down more than it is up, the dog usually sits in the front or is tied in the back with the seats down, and I park in a garage when I am home. More

Had a badly leaking tire and other tires pretty worn. So, decided last minute to replace them. Called service and was referred to Zachary Ruppert for assistance. He took my tire info called me right back to decided last minute to replace them. Called service and was referred to Zachary Ruppert for assistance. He took my tire info called me right back to tell me which tires were in stock and the prices. Their prices were very good and included alignment which was extra at the tire places. Zach told me I could come right in for service. He was very courteous and helpful. They checked out everything and advised me of all services that were due. But, no pressure to complete them at this visit. I have always had excellent service at Crown when I purchased vehicles and when bringing them in for service. More

I first met Michele Dessert after moving to St. Petersburg from Columbus Ohio to be near my wifes family. I work with hear as a service advisor for about a year before leaving the dealership.
