I went into the dealership for a recall on my 03 Pilot Honda. Michelle was great! After the recall was finished she informed me what needed to be done for a safe vehicle. This was very costly. What a very nice, polite young man. He showed me several CR-V's which I was very interested in and could afford. I just feel in love with a Silver 2018 beautiful Honda CR-V! Enver was so patient and thorough with all the information concerning the vehicle. I must admit it was a little overwhelming for this ole lady! Enver made me very comfortable knowing I could call or come back to the agency with any questions. It was truly an excellent experience buying my first car without my husband being by my side!! This was actually my second experience with Crown Honda in nearly 8 years. Both times I purchased a brand new Honda vehicle. On this occasion I was treated to the services of Michael(Mike) Tan as my sale in nearly 8 years. Both times I purchased a brand new Honda vehicle. On this occasion I was treated to the services of Michael(Mike) Tan as my salesperson. I would be totally remiss if I didn't disclose what an exceptional experience this was. Mike was all knowledgeable about the products he sells and had answers for ALL of my considerable questions. He left no stone unturned in an effort to help me get what I sincerely believe was the very best deal to be had...and FAR better than any other dealer I had spoken with. Crown Honda was MORE than fair with me and met every challenge I gave them. I am utterly and completely pleased with my purchase(it's a HONDA!) and the dealership in every way, including service after the sale. Mike went out of his way even after the sale to assist me in ways he really didn't have to.
