I worked with Jonathan Plasky and Tom Teel to lease a CRV after my 2019 CRV was totalled. Both Jonathan and Tom were great to work with, responsive and were time efficient. Crown Honda is the best. From the moment i was greeted on the forecourt when i dropped my CR-V off for maintenance and a service to Zachary Ruppert escorting me to my waiting vehicle i was treated with re on the forecourt when i dropped my CR-V off for maintenance and a service to Zachary Ruppert escorting me to my waiting vehicle i was treated with respect, friendliness and professionalism. The waiting room experience was a great plus as they had soothing "rain sounds " on TV rather than raucous female talk shows! Zachary explained the maintenance codes that had come up on my vehicle and spoke to me in "layman's terms' but with respect which is important to me. He had time to talk about his visit to my country England and he was even happy to apply the military discount after he had printed up all the papers :) Just as Ralph Carter will always be my "Go to" Salesman , Zachary i hope will be my "go to" advisor since i can trust them. Thank you Crown for recognising Military families...you are The best! More

Enzo was incredibly helpful and Thorough while working with me. He really didn’t try to push anything on me he explained everything in detail and even helped to connect me to find a way to lower my insura with me. Frank is a very pleasant salesman to work it. He is not overly pushy to get you to buy a car. He tries work with the customer and their ability to pay for the car.
