I have bought countless cars in my lifetime and Yana Simon was the best Sales Person I have dealt with thus far!! I would defiantly recommend her to my friends & family! She has worked hard to put my deal together, thanks to her team's help, Lynette who found the car I wanted in no time & her manager Gene who totally trusted Yana to drive this deal by herself without any back & forth, she was literally the only person I spoken with to close this deal, until the end when her manager congratulated me! Overall, no pressure, no skepticism. Loved the conversations with Yana, she has great personality. I loved the easiness and comfort while I was there. Oh and not to mention! I was only there for 1.5 hours all together! Very fast and efficient. My future business is with Crown and Crown only, I will drive 3 hours all over again! Thank you guys! More
