Frank Lovett, Jr. was Friendly, Professional, truthful and knew all the information regarding all the Honda Vehicles. I have been Leasing Honda Vehicles for over 6 years and this is my 3rd Lease with the and knew all the information regarding all the Honda Vehicles. I have been Leasing Honda Vehicles for over 6 years and this is my 3rd Lease with the same Crown Honda in the Pinellas Park Area. I have spoken to Frank on numerous occasions and he knew what I was looking for and drove a HR-V to my Condo in Saint Petersburg of which I drove, but I still liked the CR-V that I leased previously and I picked out a new 2020 model of which he took all the information and had the vehicle ready, spiffy and clean and ready to go after signing the documents. I was impressed with handling and work on behalf of the Management, Financial and Sales of the Honda Dealership. I would lease again through this same Dealership in the future.......and tell my neighbors and friends.......Thank you so much for being so helpful with my lease. More

Where do I begin? Drove to Crown Honda from Brandon because they had the car that I wanted and even though we got there closer to closing time, the Salesman and staff were so pleasant and got us out th because they had the car that I wanted and even though we got there closer to closing time, the Salesman and staff were so pleasant and got us out there fast and happy. Our salesman Richard was an absolute delight and one of the best there is. In addition our car needed to come back for an oil change and the full tank of gas of we didn’t get the night of the purchase, he offered to but we felt bad as we had holding up long enough and the staff was so nice so we offered to come back and get that gas another day. 4 months later we came back for the oil change and will be taking out car back in tip-top shape and with a full tank. Some other dealers won’t remember their promises passed the moment you sign the contract. Thank you Crown Honda. You have rightfully earned our business!! More
