Friendly, personable, no-pressure sale I was in the market for a used Jeep. I found one online and was greeted by Enver as I approached the car lot. All discussion of the potential purchase was initiated by myself - never did I receive pressure to go any further. He was knowledgeable, personable, and went above and beyond to contact the previous owner regarding a question I had. I worked with Jack in the finance department, who was kind enough to give me option after option regarding a warranty, rather than a "take it or leave it" approach with a single option. He also pointed out options that I absolutely did not need with my purchase. I actually felt like I wasn't being oversold which is not typical of a warranty purchase. I left very satisfied, feeling that I was in control of the purchase, not being strung along by slimeball car salesmen just looking to make another sale. Kudos to Crown Honda - highly recommend!
