Had a great experience. My wife and i drove down from Massachusetts and had issues with our CRV and needed to get it fixed ASAP. My first contact was via internet with consultant Jonathan Ortiz on a late Friday PM. In two hours, we had everything done. We requested delivery for the next morning so we could search trade in for Jonathan Ortiz on a late Friday PM. In two hours, we had everything done. We requested delivery for the next morning so we could search trade in for a lost valuable. From the start, Jon was First Glass. No gimmicks, sincere and professional. I was assisting my daughter doing most of the grunt work for here. We got there right at 4 on a Friday afternoon. In two hours, we had finalized the vehicle and the terms. The day before, I had scouted 3 other dealers. I found the were marking up on top of the MSRP ($4-5k) and they required purchase of a “Protection package” that was $3k. In fact, we were able to upgrade the model from an EX to EL-L for just under my daughter’s budget and beat the other quote for an EX. We were greeted by several of sales people and managers on arrival who helped us find Jon. I am a retired banker and actually bought car paper from dealers early in my career. I saw a lot of stuff. You could tell Crown was a family ran business with great business values. I would highly recommend them. More
