Mike, as always, was cordial and easy to deal with. After coming to an agreement on a price and amenities for each vehicle, Mike personally made sure both vehicles were ready for us top pick up the following weekend (including getting the Odyssey from another dealer). When we picked them up, he spent as much time as both my daughter and my wife needed to get familiar with all the new features. Both are very happy with their new vehicles. More
