Michele Dessert saved Crown Honda for me The first time I went to Crown Honda - a while back..., the service guy who I got assigned to (not the mechanics, the one that does the paperwork) was The first time I went to Crown Honda - a while back..., the service guy who I got assigned to (not the mechanics, the one that does the paperwork) was not very good. I had an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation. It took a VERY long time, and although he had no control over that - he never kept me updated, so I decided after that 'i would have my car serviced elsewhere because of his apathy towards me.. BUT, I had a flat tire last week and needed to get it in ASAP. I called for an appt, was told I couldn't get it in until the following week, but I explained my circumstances and the call taker switched me to Michele Dessert.. I told her my predicament, and that I was driving on that donut tire that AAA put on, and my car also needed to be serviced, but I'd worry about that later. Well, she told me to bring the car in the next day and she would "make it all happen" (tire AND service) and she would get the Honda courtesy van to take me home. (She cared about my time). When I got there, Michele made me feel like a rock star, but more importantly, like a valued customer - so rare in today's society. She also called me during this time and kept me up to date on my car and the repair. Absolutely the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED...!!! Now, I know I will be bringing my car back there for servicing and when I buy my next Honda - it will be there, simply because of Michele.... And, I've already recommended Crown Honda to my friends because of my experience with her.... More

She is an extraordinarily gifted representative for your business and you are quite fortunate to have her represent your company. My friend and I purchased two vehicles that we were not planning on that day due to her attentive and caring attitude and hard work. She made buying both our cars seamless and comfortable. It isn’t always easy to deal with senior citizens who are technically challenged but she made us feel confident and comfortable with her patience. She is quite an asset! Please thank her for me. More

They were honest, authentic and very flexible to our needs. I was on the fence at first when handing in my leased 2016 Civic. I was gonna walk away and just look for a used car. But Jon and Enver made me feel comfortable with the process of getting into a new Civic. Justin was flexible on the lease pricing and was very accomodating. Cathy was the best finance person I've ever dealt with. She was no fluff, up front and did not try to sell me unnecessary add ons. Overall great experience. I'll be back. More

I’m not always secure about going to a dealership to purchase a vehicle, but rest assure James made my purchase and experience comfortable. There were always suggestions offered without all the pressure and hassle. He was kind, relatable, and easy to talk to. If I had a different sales rep, I’m not sure if I would’ve been comfortable walking out with my vehicle of choice. I highly recommend him if you happen to go to Crown Honda. Other than the sales rep. My overall experience was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful upon entering. I was greeted multiple times and each rep was always asking if I need assistance. I would go back to this dealership on my next car purchase. More
