Amazing Experience. Great dealership and sales team I went in to Crown Dealership a few months before my lease was over. When I put an inquiry in online I immediately got a call from Michael Wolfe. I to I went in to Crown Dealership a few months before my lease was over. When I put an inquiry in online I immediately got a call from Michael Wolfe. I told him what I was looking for, what I was looking to pay, and he helped me tremendously. I went in a few weeks later to test drive the new Accords and Michael was more than accommodating. Him, and this dealership, changed my perspective of car dealerships. I didn’t feel pushed or rushed to make a decision, nor did I get the vibe that they were just trying to make a sale. Michael understood when I said I needed to think about it, and did not bombard me with emails or calls afterward. He kept in touch, and when he sent his follow up email I had decided that was the car for me, and this was the dealership I wanted to go through. I went in and they had the car ready and sitting out front for me to get. Less than two hours doing the necessary paperwork and I was out of the door with my brand new Honda Accord! DEFINITELY recommend Crown Honda, and Michael Wolfe specifically. More

Outstanding service Frank Lovett at Crown Honda has been THE go to guy for vehicles for my family. We first met Frank while me of our vehicles was being serviced. He took the time to answer questions and speak with us even though we weren’t in the market to purchase. Shortly after, our son needed a vehicle, we remembered Frank and went to Crown. Great decision! A year later we traded a vehicle to buy new and again Frank helped us. 2 years later we were in need of another vehicle and called on Frank to help with our second Honda CR-V purchase. Very pleasant dealing over two days. Happily showed us what We have been dealing with Crown Honda since 2007 when be bought an Accord SE. Some of the repair writers are still there. Do not get to meet many te We have been dealing with Crown Honda since 2007 when be bought an Accord SE. Some of the repair writers are still there. Do not get to meet many techs and the sales force does change. The replacement folks seem to be of the same high standard. We dealt with two salesmen, Anthony Lugo and Tim Foreman and working together they got us (read My Wife) what we wanted. I never have a problem when coming in for servicing, and have always been treated courteously. Wife says she likes Fords but she keeps driving Hondas from Crown. Good staff, good sales people, good techs. Yeah- we like Crown Honda. lpg More

I was able to buy a new car and trade in my old in one day. I did this over the internet. Jason was very upfront about the new car price and he provided me a very trade in price. He was able to locate the color I did this over the internet. Jason was very upfront about the new car price and he provided me a very trade in price. He was able to locate the color and trim I wanted and had ready in 2 working days. Lastly he spent a lot of time familiarizing me with the car and made sure I was comfortable before driving it home. Horrible experience!!! The salesman and finance manager were extremely pushing me to purchase a black Fit. I was shaking and they said the car was a good deal and low mileag The salesman and finance manager were extremely pushing me to purchase a black Fit. I was shaking and they said the car was a good deal and low mileage . I had buyers remorse and was in tears. They called and said I had to bring the the car back. They should have stop the deal and tore up the paperwork but they didn’t. .they ten showed me a blue Fit and used the incomplete paperwork from the day before. I came back the next day to back out of the sale only to find out they had already sent my old car to the auction .I was in tesrs again.. I requested too speak to the dealership manager before 4:00 since my work requies me to go to bed at 5:00pm. He did not call before 4:00 so I missed his call. High pressuring buyers to this extreme is ridiculous. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. My sales rep was Enver Bekric. More
