95K CRV Service Worked with Michelle Dessert to complete routine oil/filter service and diagnose rear end noise. Also discussed the need for tire rotation/alignment a Worked with Michelle Dessert to complete routine oil/filter service and diagnose rear end noise. Also discussed the need for tire rotation/alignment and she provided diagnostics to use with that service provider. Received call to advise of bad wheel bearing and pricing to fix. After go-ahead for that work, car was completed and delivered in a timely fashion. Everything working fine. More
