They renewed my faith in Car Dealerships! I was dreading the maturity of my lease agreement on my Honda Civic but the time was approaching and I had to start looking and deciding if I would le I was dreading the maturity of my lease agreement on my Honda Civic but the time was approaching and I had to start looking and deciding if I would lease again or buy. I certainly was not looking forward to the usual phony sales pitches at Kuhn and the stampede of hungry salesmen as I drove onto the lot. I have always resented the feeling that I was about to be "taken for a ride” because I am kind of "Green" about car matters and have a tight budget and hate being "hoodwinked” into believing that Honda was doing me a huge favour when in fact they were getting as much profit out of me as possible...been there too many times! However THIS TIME I had reached out instead to Crown Honda in Pinellas Park, FL on line, got a great response which was followed up by the Manager, no pushing, no harassment like at Kuhn just nice folks. Yesterday I met Mr. RALPH CARTER, a Salesman at Crown, a friend had recommended him to me and I can honestly say that he was "a breath of fresh air". Mr. Carter was professional and courteous, he had sensed my nervousness and reassured me that my happiness was his goal...and I believed him and he proved it by the outcome. He gave me a scenario of all my options, explained everything in terms that I understood, he knew my budget, threw in many incentives, and discounts that were not hidden and rescinded somewhere else and topped a Tampa based dealerships best offer by a considerable amount. The whole experience with Ralph was "A" One and was matched by the Finance Manager Avery McConnell who expedited the paperwork so that I could keep a further appointment. Crown Honda will now be my “go to” dealership every time. Well done! More
