As a follow-up to my discussions with my Crown Honda Service Advisor, Michele Desert, Larry Worden, contacted me regarding the purchase of a new 2018 Honda CR-V. My first impression was that Larry was a good listener. He listened to me before speaking, I had his full attention. Via a telephone conversation we reviewed my likes and dislikes on my current vehicle, a 2011 Honda Odyssey minivan, and the features that the new vehicle must have, would be nice to have, and absolutely did not want. Vehicle selection was challenged by my choice of exterior and interior color combinations, and certain features. Our independent searches resulted in both of us recommending the same vehicle that met my needs. Now the question was budget. Before my arrival for vehicle inspection and test drive, I asked Larry to have available all costs that I would occur (dealer fees, required State of Florida fees, extended warranty options, etc.) if I purchased the vehicle. After I decided to purchase the vehicle there was no pressure, he carefully explained options, gave recommendations, and did not pressure me to include or upgrade my choices. During the test drive or before leaving the dealership he made sure I was comfortable driving the vehicle. I have his dealership and personnel contact information and was encouraged to contact him if I had questions or concerns. I highly recommend Larry Worden. More

He is a very good listener, not pushy and fought hard to get me the best deal. I am very happy with my purchase. Thank you Frank for taking the time to explain and walk me thru all I needed to know about the vehicle and also for being fair, honest and most of all patient, (hey, I know I drove you crazy) but it was an awesome experience for me. Meeting with 7 different associates from 7 different dealerships. Enver searched for the vehicle that was in our price point, met all the wants and needs we listed as parents, he even made the teenagers wants happen. We were so impressed by his kindness, knowledge and insight to our concerns for safety for our teenager as he is soon moving away for college. We can rest assured he will be safe in a reliable vehicle that has low mileage, cost effective for him and the body/color is impressive. We will certainly be our next new car from Enver. More
So Bad To Whom it May Concern, I am so terribly disappointed in the customer service and quality I have received with this particular Honda dealership. I To Whom it May Concern, I am so terribly disappointed in the customer service and quality I have received with this particular Honda dealership. I will start from the beginning. My father and I came into the dealership on Sunday Oct. 14th at about 3:15 to look at a Nissan Murano we saw online. My father had already been in contact with a sales rep via email about the car so we made an appointment prior to us coming in. The process took quite a bit of time considering we were about 1 of maybe 7 customers in the dealership at that time, about 4 hours to be exact. I test drove the vehicle by myself without a sales associate in the car to go over features or ask any questions to. We discussed price and agreed fairly quickly. I signed some paperwork on the sales floor and went over all the personal information. About 30 mins later I had to resign all the paperwork because for some reason, all the documents had my dad's name on it, then go over personal information again. It was about 3 or more hours before be actually got into the finance department. I ended up purchasing an additional 36,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty. All said and done the process was rocky and slow but it was done and we left. The next morning I noticed that there was no back windshield wiper, the car had clearly not gone through the proper detailing process seeing that there was a mess of dog hair in the trunk, a bunch of crumbs between the front seats and middle console and dried crusty stuff in the cup holders. I also was not given the second key. I called my sales associate, Richard, and he told me that he forgot to let me know but that he was aware of the windshield wiper and that the part had been ordered and when it came in he would let me know. In the meantime I had been dealing with Nick in the finance department who had let me know there was an error in the APR and that it was actually lower than what was signed on. Tuesday I went back into the dealership to sign for the new APR and in doing so was told that they would be able to replace the wiper blade and also my back brakes... well that was also another detail that was left out when taking ownership of the vehicle. So I waited there for a little over an hour and left with the "fixed" car. The next day I am contacted by Nick saying that Suncoast was not funding the loan because the address on the paperwork did not match my license. It didn't match because I am in the process of moving to Wisconsin and am staying with my mother for a short time. Long story short it went back and forth with Nick and Suncoast to where it was clear they would not budge on the funding until they has proof of my residence. So Friday I immediately went to the DMV to get a new license to prove my residency and get it to Nick ASAP so he could receive the funding. I felt I did my due diligence pretty much immediately to insure Honda got what they needed. I took the car to my trusted mechanic to have him do an inspection to which he said the battery terminal was very corroded and also the front passenger tire had a lot less tread then the other 3. Now I understand this is a nearly 8 year old pre-owned vehicle, however my concerns were piling up considering this was listed as CERTIFIED pre-owned. In a certified inspection shouldn't a corroded battery terminal be seen an addressed? Also, I don't expect a set of brand new tires but shouldn't they have matching tread life left on them? Now my tire pressure light has come on twice which then leads me to believe it is because of the inferior tire that was on the car. I left a voicemail with the dealership and also with my sales associate on Saturday and I finally received a call on Monday. Richard and I spoke about my concerns and he said to contact him again on Wednesday when his pre-owned sales manager was back from vacation. I called back on Wednesday and he said to bring the car back in when time permits but to give him a heads up so he could coordinate the time with his manager. On Monday I sent him a text at 10:00 A.M. listing out my concerns and seeing if the following day at 10/10:30 would work. By nearly 6:30 P.M. I hadn't gotten a reply so I asked again if that would work and he replied "yes". Now today, the morning of Tuesday the 30th when I am supposed to drive the 35 minutes over the bridge with my 4 month old daughter, I get a text from Richard saying when I get there to please ask for Cary and if he can't help me then he (Richard) would see what he could do. Now I have expressed my concerns via voicemail and text. If there was not intention to fix the problems then why wasn't I told that before the morning that I was supposed to be there? I replied back to Richard saying if they weren't going to fix the problems then I wasn't going to waste my time driving all the way other there again. He then sent me Cary's number. I called Cary and was explaining my concerns to which he said he had read my text to Richard. He said that they could clean the battery terminal and vacuum out the car and put air in the tires. I told him I had already had air put in the tires and they tire pressure light has kept coming on. He told me they would not replace the tire because "There isn't enough money in the deal". So am I to understand that the level of quality and customer service is dependent on the amount of money Honda makes in the deal? Forgive me if I'm wrong but it doesn't seem to me that Honda is hurting all that bad financially that they couldn't provide me with a proper tire that had the same tread as the others. To top it all off when I began to try and explain from the beginning my concerns with the vehicle not being given the proper Certified inspection, he hung up on me. Wow...how completely unprofessional. I did not raise my voice and I did not use profanity which would warrant being hung up on. If Cary can not address a disappointed customer then maybe he shouldn't be speaking with them at all. I have dealt with several Honda dealerships including Wesley Chapel, Tampa and Brandon and have come to expect superior customer care. I can not believe I have just dealt with this fiasco with a Honda dealership. I would expect this attitude from Carmax but certainly not Honda. Bottom line is the car was not properly serviced to completion for a Certified vehicle. There is no reason why my tire pressure light should come on twice within two weeks of owning the vehicle. That with the corroded battery terminal, uncleanliness of the car, missing wiper blade, bad rear breaks and an extremely poor manager just makes for a sour deal and a bad way to do business. Never again will I use Crown Honda nor will I recommend it. More

The vehicle is about a year old - it is the end of 2018 year - and they could fix it or diagnose it there at the dealership. Excuse was that it is a new car. Vehicle was kept 3 days when it should have been one. Vehicle had 800 miles on it. Daimara was less than communicative and failed to do as she stated on two occasions. I didn’t feel that she was happy for me being a customer. More that I was another she had to deal with. Maybe I got her on a bad day. I had to ask for my car to be washed, it wasn’t even offered for the inconvenience of not having it for 3 days. I’ve had Toyota for the last 35 years and thought I would give Honda a try. Won’t do that again. My wife. One month later, went back to Toyota and purchased her a RAV 4. They were awesome. Honda doesn’t really get it yet. More
